Kerrie Logsdon
Hello! My name is Kerrie Logsdon, and I serve as an Assistant/Floater at WeVillage.
Originally from Arkansas, I moved to California about a year ago. I’m a proud alumna of the University of Arkansas, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. While my career began in design, I found my true calling in service to others—specifically, working with at-risk teenagers at a nonprofit organization. I dedicated 15 meaningful years to that work before transitioning to early childhood education, a field that has become my passion.
I’ve now spent over a decade in early childhood education, and my training has been deeply focused on brain development and Conscious Discipline. Watching young children learn, grow, and thrive inspires me every day. In fact, one of my personal goals for this decade is to pursue a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Beyond the classroom, I’m a huge college football fan—Go Razorbacks! I also love the theater and try to catch Broadway shows whenever I can.
What I appreciate most about WeVillage is its warm, welcoming environment. The thoughtful design and cozy feel create a space where children feel safe, secure, and free to be themselves. With my years of experience and hundreds of hours of professional development, I am committed to working in partnership with our families to build a strong and successful foundation for their children’s futures.
