Karen Beninati started WeVillage in 2010 to create a space where children can thrive. Her staff is an instrumental part of making this a reality.​All on-site staff at WeVillage have their CPR/First Aid certifications and have a minimum of 12 ECE units so we are prepared for not only caring and educating, but also those emergency situations.​We have on-site teachers that teach Spanish and potty training experts! And of course, the staff members are also given background checks and are fingerprinted before starting at WeVillage. We only want the best and safest care for our kids.
